Last night's workshop!

I think we can all agree that the Wellness Workshop we held last night at DiSilvestro Recreation Center was a huge success!  We talked about a lot of issues concerning wellness and sustainability and it seemed that everyone left with at least a couple of ideas as to how they can create even more wellness and sustainability in their lives and the surrounding community.  One of the highlights of the evening was when the kids from the rec center got to perform their dance for us all!  Great job guys!!  It was also very generous of Whole Foods at 10th and South to donate those awesome reusable bags for us all to use.  If anybody gets a chance, we can thank Brett Mapp, the community liaison for the store, for providing us with those.

Anyone who attended probably noticed a photographer at last night's event, which makes it even more exciting because we are expecting an article in the South Philly Review! Woo Hoo!  Once it is published, you can bet it will be right up on here for everyone to check out.  Also, keep in mind our next workshop is coming up, so mark you calendars.
